   The Developer reserve the right to make any additions, alteration and amendments as may be necessary from time to time    
     Payment of all extra work to be executed shall have to be made in advance.    
      The possession of the flat shall be given one month after the full payment.     
     Refund in case of cancellation will be made within 30 days from the date of booking of new client only. Administrative expense of 20% and the amount of extra  
 work(if any) will be deducted form the refund amount.
   
     Maintenance Deposit ,Service Tax, VAT ,Document Charges, Municipal House  Taxes and MGVCL(GEB)  charges  shall be borne by client.   Any new central
 or state government taxes, if  applicable Shall have to be borne by the client .
